How long does it take to get my payment?

We get 20–60 boxes a day, so it usually takes 1–2 business days to open your shipment, log it in, and have our techs inspect everything. During cold months, we add one extra day to let the gear acclimate before opening the box.

Once everything checks out, payment typically goes out the same day. PayPal payments are usually instant (though delays can happen depending on your account). Mailed checks can take up to 10 business days to arrive, but most show up much sooner.

What if my check gets lost in the mail?
No stress — if a check goes missing, we’ll void it and send a new one after the standard wait time. Most checks land within 3–5 business days, but in rare cases it can take up to two weeks.
