ProAudioStar ships all orders from our warehouse in Winchester, VA. Orders are typically processed and shipped within one business day of purchase. Most orders placed before noon ET will ship the same business day.
We provide free shipping with UPS for most items shipping within the contiguous United States. Please note: Orders above $59.99 qualify for Free Shipping. Most orders will require a customer’s signature upon delivery.
Orders for large PA systems, oversized items, and bulk orders may ship via freight carrier, such as Estes or Ward Trucking, depending on the delivery location and the size of the shipment. Freight shipments may have different transit times and delivery requirements than standard UPS Ground shipments.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is also available at checkout for an additional fee.
PLEASE NOTE: We ship Monday through Friday. Most orders ship within one business day. Orders placed before noon ET typically ship the same day. UPS does not offer Saturday and Sunday delivery to all shipping areas, so express shipments placed after noon on Thursday may be delivered the following Monday. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes or APO addresses.
