How can I request an Affirm refund?

Contact ProAudioStar customer service team to request a refund. Affirm can't issue refunds or cancellations without confirmation from the store. We can let you know if a return is possible and how much the refund will be, according to ProAudioStar return policy.

Once Affirm receive confirmation from ProAudioStar, the refund amount will show up in your loan timeline within 3–10 business days, and your balance will be updated. For more information on how refunds work, see About refunds.

While you’re waiting for your refund, continue to make any payments that are due.

Refund status

To see the status of your refund:

1. Sign in to your Affirm account.
2. Tap or click Manage.
3. Select your purchase.
4. Your refund will show up as an adjustment on your purchase timeline.
