- Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled free of charge as long as they have not been processed for shipping. To cancel an order, contact our customer service team during business hours at (888) 890-6222 within 24 hours of placing your order or before receiving a shipping confirmation.
- After Shipping: If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible to return the item under our return policy once it has been delivered (see our Return Policy for more details).
2. Custom or Special Orders
- Non-Cancelable: Orders for custom or special-order items cannot be canceled once the order has been processed.
3. Restocking Fees
- For certain high-value items or large orders that are canceled after being processed or shipped, a restocking fee may apply. Customers will be notified if this applies to their order during the cancellation request process.
4. Refund Process
- Upon successful cancellation of your order, any charges made to your original payment method will be refunded within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 2-3 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.

6. Non-Eligible Cancellations
- Orders that are already in transit or delivered are not eligible for cancellation. For such orders, you may initiate a return or exchange (if applicable) under our standard return policy.
7. ProAudioStar Discretion
- ProAudioStar reserves the right to refuse or limit cancellations under certain circumstances, such as repeat cancellations or abuse of our cancellation policy.
