If there’s a specific instrument you’d like to try, we can transfer it from our Winchester, VA warehouse to the Brooklyn Showroom so it’s waiting for you when you arrive. Transfers take 3 business days, so keep that in mind when choosing your visit date.
Just $25 if it’s not the one.
If you try it and decide not to buy, we’ll only charge a flat $25 fee for the transfer into the showroom. If you love it, take it home.
How to set up your visit
- Open our Sales Inquiries form.
- Tell us which instrument(s) you’d like to try, with a link or listing if you have one.
- Add the days and times that work for you, allowing at least 3 business days if we’re transferring an instrument.
- Submit the form. Our sales team will confirm your time and have everything ready.

The showroom is on the 4th floor. When you step out of the elevator, the showroom door is right in front of you. Give it a knock and a team member will welcome you in.
